All of our cleaning is carried out by a team of two people. Therefore, one hour of cleaning will consist of a total of two hours of labour. We can provide a guide price over the phone, but prefer to visit your property to make a thorough assessment and ensure that you get the best value for money. Our cleaning teams

As a rule of thumb, the same team will clean on a weekly basis at a similar time. We do occasionally rotate the support cleaners to ensure that we have several members of the Spic n Span team who are familiar with your property.

Booking a weekly 1 hour clean?

Consider booking a 2 hour fortnightly clean instead. It's cheaper, better for the environment and gives the team a chance to give a more thorough clean.
